Associate – Lynsey Boother

Lynsey is a manager of people, projects and programmes with a broad range of experience gained in the UK and overseas. Her international development experience with VSO includes programme management, successful bid development for project support and performance management of people, projects and teams in challenging operating environments.

Lynsey also brings to S.I.D.E Projects a strong background of experience in new Business Start-up, Apprenticeships and Further Education; through developing and winning a range of bids for the delivery of work-based learning contracts and building up a 20 strong Enterprise Development team at a central London College. She also took a Start-up Directorship at the London Apprenticeship Company; the first Apprenticeship Training Agency in the country to recruit and hire out apprentices on a commercial basis, and advised on the start-up of 20 more through KPMG’s ‘World Class Skills’ programme.

Like all S.I.D.E Projects Associates, Lynsey also runs her own venture; Auxilium Projects, which she founded in 2009, under which she has won funding for a diverse client base including local regeneration charities, international development charities, colleges, and the Royal Opera House.
