Sonia brings to S.I.D.E Projects over twenty years’ experience managing projects in the arts, heritage and education sectors. Her specialism is in partnerships that bring together organisations from different sectors, and she has a track record of delivering measurable, significant results.
Sonia takes a flexible and creative approach, which she uses in combination with project management training and experience. She’s worked in the public, private and third sectors, with organisations from 10 to 10,000 employees and enjoys tailoring her style to suit different situations.
Her experience is based around creating and delivering education and volunteering programmes, with a focus on marketing, communications and evaluation. Many of her projects have centred on the creative and heritage sectors and she runs a social enterprise promoting craft designer/makers and improving their marketing skills.
